Basic functions included
Automatic document archiving:
- Outgoing documents such as invoices, credit notes and delivery notes from SAP Business One are automatically archived in DocuWare.
- Archiving takes place with metadata such as document number, date and customer/supplier data, which is transferred directly from SAP.
Requirement: the PDF or XML documents (XRechnung) are generated by the SAP partner and stored on the file system. From there, these are picked up by the integration and handed over to Docuware accordingly.
Document retrieval from SAP Business One
- Access documents stored in DocuWare directly from SAP Business One, based on document numbers or other search criteria.
Invoice processing
- Automated posting of invoices and credit notes.
- Based on the workflow in DocuWare, documents or invoices parked in SAP B1 are posted.
- Both service receipts and receipts related to goods can be processed.
- (Meta) data transfer via API
- Exchange of relevant data between the systems, e.g. B. Invoice data from SAP for indexing in DocuWare.
- Return transfer of status information (e.g. incoming payments)
